The goals of the Occupational Rehabilitation "Back to Work" Program are to:
Return injured workers to work safely
Achieve quick case resolution
Reduce Workers' Compensation costs
This outcome-oriented, interdisciplinary treatment program is customized to meet the needs of the injured worker and employer.
The Program is accredited by CARF, The Rahabilitation Accreditation Commission, which marks our commitment to meeting international standards of quality.
The Program's simulated work environment helps to reestablish physical, functional, behavioral, and vocational abilities.
Functional Capacity Evals
The Functional Capacity Evaluation using the Ergos® Work Simulator provides the objectivity and validity necessary to determine a person's ability to work.
This evaluation involves functional testing that can:
Assess the injured worker's ability to return to a specific job
Assist in identifying possible secondary gain issues
Provide functional assessment information to the physician for return to work or MMI.
Provide information to assist with re-employment
