  • Written reports provided every two weeks to document work readiness, progress, and compliance

    Functional Capacity Evaluation
A comprehensive, structured and objective evaluation tool that provides information needed to define a worker's physical, functional, and vocational capabilities required for work. The evaluation can:

  • Identify secondary gain issues
  • Provides functional assessment information to physicians for classifying MMI

    Ergonomic Assessment
A systematic study of a specific job(s) as related to the worker's performance and the total working environment. All aspects of the job and environment that affect the worker and the physical requirements needed to perform the job are assessed to determine changes/modifications needed to increase productivity.

    Job-Site Modification
Conducted to accommodate a specific worker to the job or job site to reduce the potential for worker injury.

    Post-Offer Screening
Assessment conducted after hire that evaluates the worker's ability to perform the known job requirements. It provides non-biased results of the worker's performance through standard ratings.
